Appointment of new Chairman

AutoLogic announces that Neil Johnson, having served as Chairman of the Company since 29 June 2006 and having recently overseen the conclusion of the Company’s restructuring, has decided to resign today from the Board of Directors of the Company.
He is being succeeded by Reg Heath (aged 66) who acted as Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of the Company until May 2003. Mr Heath previously resigned from these roles on the grounds of ill health, from which he has subsequently fully recovered.
Mr Heath was Chief Executive of Tozer, Kemsley and Millbourn (Holdings) PLC until 1992, when it was acquired by Inchcape plc. He was then appointed Director responsible for worldwide businesses within Inchcape until 1994 when he joined the Board of Merchant Retail Group plc as a Non-Executive Director. He was appointed Chairman of Merchant Retail from 1998 until 2003 and continued as a Non-Executive Director of the company until 14 July 2005.
Mr Heath, whose full name is Reginald Frank Heath, is currently a Director of Northamber plc, King James Gate Moorings Limited and Spice Quay Limited. In the past five years he has also been a Director of Ralston Management Services Limited and Joey Loons Limited. Joey Loons Limited entered a creditors’ voluntary liquidation in 2006; all non Director creditors have been fully paid off.
No further information is required to be disclosed in respect of Reg Heath pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM rules.
